by Henry Dearle in 1905.
Dearle was both William
Morris’s pupil and his successor, taking over
Morris & Co. on his death in 1896.

The large 22" by 26" canvas is big enough
to cover most chair seats. Sufficient wool is included
to stitch an area approximately 16½x16" (42x42cm).
