The designs incorporate poppies, daffodils, iris, tulips and cornflowers, all the flowers that make the coming of spring and summer such a joy.

Tent stitch is used for the central part of the design and, if desired, texture can be added with cashmere stitch for the outer background area to create an interesting contrast.
