A New Design - part 2

At last I think the grapes are ready to go. Everything takes a little longer than we expect - there is always an aspect of the unexpected in each design. To better compliment the apples and the leaves, I decided on black grapes rather than green.

Of course the darker the shade the more difficult it is to see. There has to be a balance between the stitcher's need to be able to discern the different colours in each grape and the fact that we do not want speckled grapes.

I am hoping with the printer's skill and the added guidance of a chart these slight challenges will prove easily surmountable and fun.

Now to stringing them together and deciding what to place in the centre.
